When multiple mutual fund schemes invest in a particular stock, it often boosts investor confidence. As of February 2025, 197 stocks were found to be owned by more than 100 mutual fund schemes. ETMarkets’ analysis reveals that, during the current market correction, 111 stocks, held by over 100 mutual fund schemes in February 2025, saw their prices drop by more than 10% year-to-date.
