The answers to today’s Quordle, game #878, are…
I’m 99% sure I would not have solved today’s Quordle if I wasn’t back to using my set-start-word strategy. It is H-A-R-D. Not only does it contain two Zs, in AZURE and BEZEL, but there are repeated letters in three of the four quadrants, plus MAMMA has a triple letter in M and only two different characters in total. It’s a really tough one.
I did ‘lose’ one guess going for GAMMA rather than MAMMA, but I’d managed to solve the other three without any major issues, thanks to my opening words giving me good starts for AZURE, BEZEL and DELVE. I’m certain some people will lose their streak today.
