    A fire that broke out at a South Korean lithium battery plant has killed at least 16 people, with five others missing, Reuters reported, citing local fire officials.

    The blaze erupted at the Aricell battery factory in Hwaseong, a city south of Seoul, around 10:30 a.m. local time, according to a Google-translated report from South Korean news outlet Yonhap.
