Scottie added last weekend’s BMW Championship to his haul of four tour wins this season – including two majors – and is far and away the top point scorer in this year’s FedEx Cup. But, unlike previous years, that means absolutely naught as the 30 last men standing head into the Tour Championship. Forget the staggered starts… it’s a straightforward 72-hole shoot-out to see who will be crowned this year’s FedEx Cup champion and take home the $10 million top prize.
Rory McIlroy is one of the men most likely to stop Scheffler, although his season has never again reached the heights of his Masters victory in April. The likes of Tommy Fleetwood, Ben Griffin, Russell Henley, Maverick McNealy, Justin Rose and J. J. Spaun have all shown decent form leading up to this one and will hope to be in contention by the time it comes to Sunday evening.

Sling TV carries NBC on its Select and Blue plans (in selected cities), which start from just $19.99 a month. You’ll then need the $11 per month Sports Extra add-on to get Golf Channel.
The Peacock price starts at $10.99 per month or $109.99 per year, though you can pay $16.99 per month or $169.99 per year to get rid of most ads.

The Tour Championship is being shown on Sky Sports in the UK. Sky TV subscribers can tune in on its Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Golf channels.
