The Sony WH-1000XM4 are, simply put, an iconic pair of headphones. They’ve stood the test of time, remaining excellent in all the areas that matter most: audio quality, smart features, and design.

Sure, they’ve been succeeded not once, but twice, after the Sony WH-1000XM6 was released this year. And although the XM6 are a significant upgrade in terms of ANC, looks, and even sound, they’ll set you back almost $450 – ouch!
