It’s almost time to return to Hawkins. Part 2 of Stranger Things season 5 is set to premiere on Netflix soon, so you’ll want to know when it’ll be released in your area.

What is the launch time for the second half of Stranger Things season 5?
It seems like Santa will have one last present to give us on Christmas Day. That’s because Stranger Things‘ fifth and final season will return to our screens on that date – i.e. Thursday, December 25.
Well, in the US and Canada at least. Season 5 volume 2 will be released on the evening of December 25 in both North and South America. That means, thanks to the time difference between the Americas and the rest of the world, everyone else will get it a day later on Friday, December 26.

Three. You might have been expecting the final four installments to be released at the same time, but Netflix is holding back Stranger Things 5‘s final hurrah for another date.

When will new episodes of Stranger Things season 5 come out?
As I mentioned above, one of the best Netflix shows‘ last-ever episode will launch on a different date from the rest of season 5 volume 2.
Titled ‘The Rightside Up’, Stranger Things season 5 episode 8 will take its bow on New Year’s Eve (December 31, 2025) in North and South America, and New Year’s Day (January 1, 2026) in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania.
After that, the supernatural horror franchise’s main show will end. Sure, there’ll be spin-offs – a stage play prequel is already out, while an animated in-between-quel will arrive sometime in 2026. Once ‘The Rightside Up’ has dropped, though, we’ll be saying goodbye to the cast and crew of one of Netflix’s most successful TV Originals.
