IndiQube, which got listed on the stock exchanges last year, provides managed and flexible office spaces to corporates. It has presence in 17 cities with over 9.55 million sq ft area under management.
In a regulatory filing on Monday, the company said it has signed a workspace leasing agreement with a leading GCC in the healthcare technology space.
The client has taken up over 48,000 sq ft of premium workspace in Bengaluru.
“The deal is valued around Rs 75 crore over a five-year tenure,” it said.
Co-working operators takes on lease office spaces from real estate developers to set up their centres and then sub-lease the workspaces to corporate clients.
