Victoria’s Secret is looking for a new angel to walk their storied runway show − and it just might be you.
The famed lingerie brand announced Thursday, April 2, that they were launching an open casting call for a new angel to be plucked from the masses to walk in their fashion show and secure a contract with IMG Models.
“We’re hosting an open casting across America — capturing the journey every step of the way,” the brand said, “This is your chance to walk the iconic Victoria’s Secret runway.”
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which took a brief hiatus but returned in 2025, is set to arrive again this fall, promising the usual fanfare as audiences watch models defy gravity in impossibly tall heels, heavy wings and jaw-dropping lingerie looks.
Last year, Angel Reese became the first-ever pro-athlete to grace the runway, evidence of a new approach for the brand, which has tried in recent years to shed its reputation as a factory of aspiration, promoting one ultra-thing vision of beauty.

Applications for the open casting call are set to open Monday, April 6, and fashion-forward hopefuls can expect more details to drop then.
Part runway production, part concert, the format is much unchanged – “angels” strut down a long catwalk in lingerie and oversized wings, and popular musical acts provide a live soundtrack. Last year, Madison Beer, Missy Elliott and K-pop girl group TWICE, took the stage.
While last year’s model lineup included heavy hitters from the pre-hiatus days − Behati Prinsloo, Adriana Lima and Jasmine Tookes, who proudly modeled with a growing baby bump − the show also drafted newbie talent like onetime social media star Quenlin Blackwell.
Their choice to select a new angel from obscurity and chronicle her rise to fame may be another way to provide a fresh coat of paint to a production that runs the risk of still feeling, to some, like a relic of the pre-body positivity movement.
