The ‘unbeatable’ and five-star-rated JBL Charge 6 just got a big discount at Best Buy

It seems JBL only knows how to make top-notch speakers — and the Charge 6 is evidence of that. With great sound, solid build quality, and an enjoyable user experience, there’s no better choice in this price bracket.

Despite being $30 cheaper over Black Friday, this is still a seriously good deal. We have no reservations recommending it at full price, let alone with $40 off.

It takes a very special tech device to warrant a five-star rating from our reviews team. But that’s exactly what we gave the JBL Charge 6 in our extensive review, which covers features, sound quality, design, usability, and value.

First and foremost, we praised its sonic quality with a big and punchy sound and significant volume capabilities. It also “retrieves and reveals plenty of detail, is more than capable of handling the transient or minor events in the recording, and is just as adept at describing the harmonic variations as it is the broad dynamic strokes of quiet and loud.”

In terms of specs, the Charge 6 boasts 45W of amplification going into a 20mm tweeter and a large racetrack driver. Suffice to say, punchy bass is served up in abundance. There’s also enough battery to last over 24 hours, even with that bass turned up to the max. Additionally, the device is IP68 rated for dust and water resistance, which makes it a fantastic option for music outdoors.
