Innovative Artists Hires Brian Sacripanti, Promotes Celine Biancardi

EXCLUSIVE: Innovative Artists Entertainment has hired talent agent Brian Sacripanti and promoted Celine Biancardi to agent in the same department.

“Innovative has long prided itself on impeccable culture and a truly 360-degree approach to client representation, and Brian and Celine both represent both of those hallmarks of the agency perfectly,” said Innovative President Scott Harris in a statement on the moves.

Sacripanti joins from Buchwald, where he spent the past two years. Prior to that, he worked at A3 Artists Agency, where he was promoted to agent and remained until the company ceased operations in February 2024. Sacripanti began his career at the management firm Grandview in 2016, starting as an assistant before working his way up to representing clients. A graduate of UC Berkeley, his first role in the industry was as an intern in the Comedy Development department at ABC.

With Innovative since 2022, Biancardi started out in the agency’s mailroom before beginning to work directly for Abby Bluestone in the talent department. She served as Bluestone’s assistant for three and a half years, while also participating in the agency’s Agent Trainee program and working as a coordinator for the Los Angeles talent department. Focused on signing cross-departmental digital and sports clients to talent, Biancardi started her career in hospitality and restaurant management before moving into entertainment. She graduated from UC Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology.
