One of the stars of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie revealed when fans can expect a third installment in the hugely successful animated franchise.
In an interview with ScreenRant‘s Liam Crowley for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie‘s digital release, Keegan-Michael Key, who voices Toad, confirmed Jack Black’s recent comments that the third Super Mario movie will likely arrive in theaters in 2029. The reason why there will be another three-year wait is that they “want to get it right.”
