Millie Bobby Brown Shares Future Family Plans After Adopting Baby

Motherhood has flipped Millie Bobby Brown’s world upside down. 

Since her life went “from black and white to color” after adopting her baby girl in 2025, the 22-year-old is thinking about how she wants to expand her family in the future. 

While she always hoped to adopt kids, the Stranger Things alum—who shares her daughter with husband Jake Bongiovi—noted her outlook on a potential pregnancy down the line.

“Hopefully one day that’s in my future,” Brown told Kylie Kelce on the June 11 episode of Not Gonna Lie. “But for me, adoption was always a part of my future. Adoption is love. Adoption is forever.”

In addition to having a “childhood dream” to adopt, the Enola Holmes star learned a lot about the process when she went to school to become a social worker. 

“The aspect of adoption in my social work courses was everything and so so meaningful and important,” she shared. “Then I also learned speaking to and reading a lot about being a birth mother and what that journey is. So for me, my husband and I took a lot of time to focus on what that story and what that journey looks like and then we embarked it.”
