It’s Official, Zack Snyder’s Justice League Universe Isn’t Completely Finished

[

Zack Snyder’s Justice League (and the original that birthed it) are arguably the most talked about and divisive superhero movies ever, and not always for good reasons. The infamous Snyder cut that fans called for over the course of years finally dropped in 2021 as a four-hour behemoth, but it didn’t really end up being the world-shaking film that many were expecting.

It’s undeniably better than the original version of the movie in almost every way, but it’s too long, and it didn’t do enough to rejuvenate the DC properties in the form they were in back then. As such, you might expect every facet of that run out to remain firmly in the past, but it turns out that’s absolutely not the case at all.

Snyder’s Justice League Isn’t Completely Finished

Batman Statue

Over on Instagram, Infinity Studio shared a post detailing the upcoming release of a highly realistic 1:1 scale bust of

Knightmare Batman. You won’t have seen anything quite like it in terms of fidelity, and at that size, it really would be a statement piece for any collection of that ilk.

In announcing the product to fans on their social media profiles, the company shared the following statement about their inspirations for the release:

“In a world reduced to sand and ruins, Bruce Wayne stands as humanity’s final beacon-battle-worn, relentless, and unyielding.

Inspired by this vision, Infinity Studio presents the 1/1 Knightmare Batman Silicone Bust, capturing the lone hero who stands against the end of the world.”

It’s undoubtedly a cool bust if you’re a fan of the franchise, and it comes with a bunch of features that really nail home just how much effort has been put into the finer details. That includes individually placed high-temperature silk hair, and a real fabric trench coat, as well as hand-painted armor with layered weathering.

The additional accessories include a tactical telescope for one hand a helmet for the other, as well as sand-dusted goggles and a “Diorama-style base inspired by Darkseid’s silhouette in the wasteland.”

As you might expect, all of that care and attention doesn’t come cheap, with the statue retailing for $4700. While that is obviously hyper-premium, if you do have a burgeoning collection, it could be a great central piece.

Clearly, The Demand Is Still There For Affleck’s Batman

Affleck’s performance as Batman feels like it was largely undone by the movies as a whole, rather than his specific take on the character. If the original Justice League hadn’t happened, he may have still been involved, but Robert Pattinson has stepped into the role more than ably, and it’s difficult to see why any of that would change moving forward.
