Six years after Caroline Flack—host of Love Island U.K. from its debut season in 2015 until 2019—died by suicide in 2020, her brother Paul Flack has died, according to a Norfolk coroner’s report

The formal inquest stated that Paul William Flack—son of Ian Flack and Christine Flack—was confirmed dead on June 21 at 55 years old in Norwich, a city in East England where the siblings grew up and the graphic designer had still lived, per the BBC. The reality TV host’s brother was first found unresponsive in his residence before he was taken to the hospital, the outlet reports.

“Officers were called by ambulance after concerns for the safety of a man in his 50s at a property in Sandringham Road. He was taken by ambulance to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital but was sadly pronounced dead at 10:44 p.m.,” Norfolk Police said in a statement obtained by the BBC on June 30. “The death is being treated as unexplained at this time but police do not currently believe there are any suspicious circumstances.”
