Netflix picks up a new series about one of the most tragic crimes of all time.
The streaming platform recently acquired an upcoming limited series about the tragic death of six-year-old JonBenét Ramsey. Featuring Melissa McCarthy and Clive Owen, the series is titled The Murder of JonBenét Ramsey (originally Unspeakable: The Murder of JonBenét Ramsey) and will premiere as a Netflix original this winter. While the release date has not been officially confirmed, it has been speculated that the show’s debut will coincide with the 30th anniversary of her death, December 25, 1996.
