Mackenzie Foy is a lone woman holding down the fort, literally, against some of the nastiest owlhoots on the wild frontier in the new Western The Isolate Thief. It’s set to hit theaters this month, but if you want a sneak peek, we’ve got good news for you. Collider is proud to exclusively premiere the new teaser for the movie, which will premiere in theaters on July 10.
In the trailer, Foy is assigned as the caretaker for a remote Union Army outpost during the US Civil War. That’s bad enough, with the war raging and the Confederacy nipping at the Union’s heels. It gets even worse when she ends up in possession of a king’s ransom in stolen gold. Now there’s a merciless gang of outlaws after it, and they don’t care who they have to kill to slake their lust for gold. She’s going to need every ounce of resolve and courage she has to defend herself when they come calling in the dead of winter. Can one woman hold off her foes and avoid an icy fate? You’ll have to find out on July 10, when The Isolate Thief steals into theaters.
