Taylor Sheridan’s Spy Thriller Will Face Off Against ‘The Agency’ on Paramount+
We’re talking, of course, about Lioness. The show premiered in 2023 and returned with a second season in 2024. The third season will premiere on August 2, and will offer fresh competition on Paramount+ to the streamer’s other spy title, The Agency. That show, headlined by Michael Fassbender, returned with a second season in June. Lioness also features Morgan Freeman,Nicole Kidman,Michael Kelly and LaMonica Garrett in supporting roles. The show received mixed-to-positive reviews, with the first season sitting at a 54% score on the aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes and the second season displaying a remarkable improvement with a 90% score.
