To bridge the gap between fast-moving tech startups and rigid military institutions, the ecosystem has shifted, with nations now turning to formal bilateral frameworks. Ukraine’s new Brave International framework bridges this financial gap with over €100 million in joint funding. Under this blueprint, Ukraine and its partners share costs via a 50/50 funding split.
