The exact price at which the shares were sold and the dates of the transactions are yet to be ascertained. Since shareholding disclosures are still being released, further portfolio changes cannot be ruled out.
According to the company’s latest shareholding pattern filed with the NSE, Madhuri Madhusudan Kela, wife of ace investor Madhusudan Kela, reduced her holding by more than 4.45 lakh shares during the quarter. Her stake declined from 16.08 lakh shares at the end of the January–March quarter to 11.63 lakh shares at the end of the April–June quarter.
Her stake in the company thereby reduced from 2.44% at the end of Q4 FY26 to 1.76% at the end of Q1 FY27.
Notably, Madhuri Madhusudan Kela had acquired 16.08 lakh equity shares of the company worth Rs 50 crore in a pre-IPO round back in 2024. Mumbai-based Rashi Peripherals is a national distributor of information and communications technology products for brands like ASUS Global, Dell International Services India, HP India Sales and Lenovo India.

Rashi Peripherals shares made their market debut in February 2024. The stock listed with a premium of more than 9% over the IPO price at Rs 339.5 apiece on NSE. After listing, the shares of the company fell nearly 28% to hit an all-time low of Rs 245.15 apiece in March 2025.The stock then sharply rallied 295% to hit an all-time high of Rs 967.7 apiece on Wednesday. Today, it has, however, fallen more than 5% to trade at around Rs 856 apiece.
Rashi Peripherals shares gained more than 6% in a week and 14% in a month. The stock has delivered stellar returns of 140% in 2026 so far and nearly 200% in one year.

Rashi Peripherals earlier this month reported a 62% year-on-year rise in revenue to Rs 5,102 crore during the April-June quarter of FY27, while net profit jumped 70% YoY to Rs 104.6 crore during the quarter under review.
The company’s EBITDA jumped 50% YoY to Rs 155.3 crore, while EBITDA margin stood at 3.04%. Its earnings per share (EPS) soared 64% YoY to Rs 15.25 per share.
