MUMBAI: Tencent Cloud Europe B.V. sold shares of PB Fintech worth Rs 1,668.15 crore in a block deal on BSE on Thursday. The entity sold 97 lakh shares at Rs 1,719.75 apiece.
As of June 30, Tencent Cloud Europe B.V. held a 4.26% stake in the company. Axis Mutual Fund, Mirae Asset MF, Marshall Wace Investment Strategies Eureka Fund, SBI MF and Goldman Sachs (Singapore) PTE-ODI were among some of the buyers.
PB Fintech’s shares declined 0.11% to close at Rs 1,736 on Thursday. In the past one month, the company’s shares gained 16.26% against an up- move of 1.01% in the BSE 200 Index.
