Does CCL Computers provide free shipping?
Yes, most orders over £150 come with free next-day delivery. CCL partners with both DPD and Royal Mail to offer a number of delivery options at the checkout. The shipping fees for any orders worth less than £150 will depend on which delivery option you choose. These start from £2.95 and climb to £25.99 depending on the service you pick.
What is Fight Club?
Fight Club is CCL Computers’ rewards scheme, which all customers become a member of once they’ve placed their first order. Members will earn entries into monthly prize draws every time they place an order, with more entries rewarded the more you’ve purchased. Bundles can contain PCs and components worth as much as £1500, and CCL chooses as many as 30 winners per month.
Does CCL Computers offer warranties?
Yes, CCL prides themselves on their 3-year warranties, protecting their customers against faults to help them get the most out of their devices. Should you run into any issues, just get in touch with the team to get support and they will do their best to help resolve your issue.
What is CCL Computer’s return policy?
For items you have changed your mind about, CCL accepts returns so long as they are sent back within 14 days of your purchase. This is extended to 30 days for gaming PCs. You will need to contact the customer service team to initiate a return. You will also need to pay a return shipping fee for a pre-paid shipping label, which will either cost £5.99 if you bring your order to a DPD drop-off point, or £15 if you ask DPD to pick up your order from your home (up to 20KG orders only). Return costs will be deducted from your refund total once your items have been received.
