WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ:) Inc agreed to pay a $1.5 million civil penalty to settle U.S. charges that the beverage company made inaccurate statements regarding the recyclability of its K-Cup pods, the Securities and Exchanges Commission said on Tuesday.
