Does Lebara offer coverage in my area?
Lebara is a Vodafone-based MVNO, meaning it piggybacks off Vodafone’s signal infrastructure to keep its customers connected. Vodafone offers coverage to 99% of the UK using its 4G network, plus brand new 5G connectivity for higher-speed connections. You can check how good Lebara’s coverage is in your area by using the dedicated coverage checker through their website before you pay for a plan.
Can I keep my old number?
Yes, Lebara customers can choose to bring an old mobile number to the network if they prefer. To do so, you’ll need to text 65075 to receive a PAC code, then activate your new Lebara SIM and enter your PAC code into the online form on the Keep Your Existing Number page of the website. The change will be processed on the date you select during form completion.
What add-ons does Lebara offer?
If you find yourself wanting to top up your data or minutes in a month, Lebara offers options for both through its website. Data add-ons allow between 2 – 20GBs of extra data, whilst customers can purchase between 100 – 1000 additional UK minutes or 50 – 1000 additional internal minutes. Add-ons are priced from £2 to £10 depending on which you choose.
What is the Lebara return policy?
If you’re unhappy with products you’ve bought from Lebara, you can return them to the retailer within 14 days of your purchase in exchange for a refund. However, items will only be eligible for refunds if they are found to be in new condition and are received in the original packaging with all accessories included. You will also need to cover the cost of returns postage.

Watch for deals: Lebara regularly offers deals on its SIM-only plans, with up to 50% off selected plans on offer at various times throughout the year. Make the most of Lebara Rewards: Once you’ve set up a Lebara account and chosen a plan, you’ll gain access to Lebara Rewards, the brand’s loyalty scheme that offers its customers a wealth of discounts on high-street brands across tech, clothing and food, as well as access to monthly prize draws and giveaways. Savings usually range between 3% – 10% off orders and include well-known stores such as Currys, Tesco, ASOS, Huawei, Sainsbury’s, H&M and more. We’ve also seen up to £65 off the likes of Hello Fresh subscriptions. To top it off, the monthly prize draws also include the likes of free Kindles, sample sets of premium beauty brands, and 3-month trials of food subscription services.
Save with student discounts: If you’re still studying and have a valid Student Beans account, you can save up to 50% on selected plans by verifying your status through the Lebara website. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be able to access the brand’s student-only deals, which are refreshed regularly.
Bundle and save: In the market for broadband as well as a new mobile plan? Customers can get discounts of up to £180 off devices and plans when they bundle mobile and broadband together. Bear this in mind if you’re considering both to save a little extra on your costs.
