Station Wi-Fi down — railway stations across the UK taken offline in cyberattack, here’s what we know



A suspected cyberattack has caused disruption at railway stations across the UK, taking Wi-Fi networks offline at the height of the morning rush hours.

Nineteen stations were confirmed to be affected by Network Rail, including major interchanges such as London Euston, Manchester Piccadilly, Liverpool Lime Street, Birmingham New Street, Edinburgh Waverley and Glasgow Central.
