How do I consult with interior designers at Arhaus?
At Arhaus, you can enjoy a complimentary consultation with one of their expert interior designers. Simply fill out a form online and select your preferred store, or visit your local Arhaus location to book a consultation in person.
Can I pick up my items directly from my local store?
Some floor samples and select decor can be picked from the store but most of the items are not available for store pickup.
Will I receive assembled merchandise?
Furniture and large decor pieces will be delivered by Arhaus’ White Glove Delivery Service and the delivery team will unpack, assemble, and inspect all the furniture. They will also help with moving the furniture to your desired location and help with removing packaging and debris.
How do I check the status update on my order?
If you purchased your item in a store, contact your design consultant. For orders purchased online, contact Arhaus by either phoning at 866.427.4287 or emailing at shop@arhaus.com. Have your order number ready. The same method can be applied if you need to make any changes to your order.
How do I return an item?
The return policy depends on the item you are returning. Furniture, rugs, and poufs need to be returned within 14 days while non-furniture items like lighting, bedding, mirrors etc can be returned within 30 days. Please note that clearance items cannot be returned.

You can also order up to five bedding or rug swatches, allowing you to see and feel the materials in your own space before making a decision.
Complimentary consultation: For personalized design assistance, Arhaus offers complimentary consultations with their interior design experts. You can book an appointment online or by visiting your local store, where a designer will work with you to bring your vision to life and guide you through every step of your decorating journey.
How to use Arhaus promo codes
1. Choose a code from the options above and click ‘get code’.
2. Copy the code on your clipboard and a tab for Arhaus website will automatically launch.
3. Pick out your desired items and checkout as normal.
4. Here, you will see a separate box to insert the code. Paste the code and click ‘apply’.
5. The screen will refresh with the discounted price. Proceed as normal.
