What should I do if my coupon code isn’t working?
One of the reasons for a coupon code not working is that some codes are specific to individual products or meal plans. You’ll need to make sure the code and the product type match up. You’ll also want to make sure the code is still valid and that there aren’t any extra spaces after you’ve copied it. You can contact the Factor Customer Care Team if you’re having any problems.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. If you’re order has not yet been processed, then you can simply pause the order until you’re ready to get back up and running again. If you’ve changed your mind and realized that Factor meals are not for you, then you can cancel your subscription through your account portal.
Can I buy a Factor gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased through the Factor website. All you need to do is specify the amount, enter your details, and choose who you want it sent to. Factor will then get in touch with the recipient, who will then need to choose their meals and wait for their doorstep delivery. Unfortunately, customers can only redeem one gift card per meal plan at one time.
Where does Factor deliver to?
Factor delivers to all 48 contiguous states. The only exceptions in the US are therefore Alaska and Hawaii. You don’t need to be present at home to receive delivery but you will want to make sure you put refrigerated items in the refrigerator when you return home.
What packaging does Factor use and is it recyclable?
All Factor meals are packaged using BPA-free CPET individual plastic containers. These are not only safe for both storage and cooking but are also recyclable.

Save money by reducing your per-serving price
Factor offers meal plans ranging from 6 up to 18 meals per week. The more meals you choose, the lower the price per serving becomes. To put that in context, if you choose 6 meals per week, then the per-serving price is $7.00. Alternatively, if you choose 18 meals per week, the per-serving price drops to $5.75.
Change meal plans whenever you want
After a week or two, you might find yourself wanting to throw some variety into your meal plans. Factor provides 35 meals and over 60 add-on options every single week so don’t be afraid to get browsing and try new things. Changes can’t be made after your order is locked in and processed but it is possible to make changes to future weeks at any point.

How to use your Factor Meals coupon code
1. Choose one of our Factor promo codes you’d like to use and click “Get Code” to reveal it.
2. Copy the code for later, then head to the Factor website.
3. Customize your meal plan and click ‘Select this plan’.
4. Click ‘Apply promo code’, enter your coupon code, and click ‘Apply’.
5. Proceed through the rest of the checkout as usual to place your order.

For example, you may not meet a required minimum spend (i.e. spend £20 or more); you may not have enough times in your basket (e.g. you have only selected 2 products when trying to redeem a 3 for 2 multibuy offer), or your chosen offer may only apply to a certain type of product (i.e. 10% off laptops).
