How long will it take for me to receive my EcoFlow order?
EcoFlow aims to process all orders within 3-5 business days. From the point of order, delivery will be made within 7-10 business days. If EcoFlow is experiencing a lot of orders, these delivery times might be longer. EcoFlow orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays and their primary shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx.
Is it possible to track EcoFlow orders?
After EcoFlow has shipped your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This will include your tracking number(s) and enable you to track the status and location of your order. Tracking information might take up to 48 hours to be live but if it hasn’t been updated within 10 business days, you can contact support@ecoflow.com.

Trade in an old device: One of the best ways to save money with EcoFlow is to trade in an eligible portable power station or EcoFlow smart appliances. It’s a simple, three-step process. The first step is to request an estimate for your trade-in. The EcoFlow team will then evaluate your device and give you a valuation for it. If you’re happy with the valuation, the second step is to return the product using the provided returns label. When the item has been received, EcoFlow will send you a gift card to be spent on any EcoFlow product.
Keep an eye out for seasonal sales: EcoFlow offers specific sales at specific times of the year, including Prime Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. The savings can really mount up with previous sales enabling customers to save up to $2,899.
Refer a friend and save: Every successful referral will give you a 5% cash reward on every purchase you make. This can amount to a $500 cash reward. To make use of the referral scheme, simply get your unique referral link from your EcoFlow account page, share it with your friends, and cash in every time your friend makes a purchase within 30 days of sign-up.
Use EcoCredits for extra savings: EcoCredits can be redeemed at any time for exclusive discounts and if you upgrade to an EcoCredits PLUS membership, you can save even more. 500 EcoCredits are earned when you create an account with more credits added to your account each time you shop.
How to use Ecoflow discount codes
1. Choose one of our EcoFlow promo codes you’d like to use and click “Get Code” to reveal it.
2. Copy the code for later, then head to the EcoFlow website.
3. Add your desired products to your cart and head to the checkout.
4. Enter your ‘Discount Code’ and click ‘Apply’.

For example, you may need to meet a minimum spend, add other items to your basket to qualify for a multibuy offer, or confirm that your chosen code applies to the items in your basket (i.e. 10% off laptops).

How we make money
When it comes to coupons, TechRadar earns money via a commission-based model. For every brand we have a coupon page for, we’ve negotiated a deal that means we earn a percentage of total basket value in commission back from every order.
