Promoters sold shares of Alkem Laboratories worth ₹300.3 crore, through Samprada & Nanhamati Singh Family Trust, in a block deal on NSE on Friday. The entity sold 641,000 shares at ₹4,680 apiece, amounting to 0.54% of the company’s total equity. SBI Mutual Fund was the buyer in the deal. Shares of Alkem fell 2.54% to close at ₹4600.05 on Friday.
