Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level. The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden,” he continued.
During his final hours as president, Biden granted preemptive pardons to several individuals, including his siblings James and Francis Biden, sister Valerie Biden Owens, and their spouses. Biden indicated these family members faced persistent attacks aimed at harming him through partisan politics.
The pardons also extended to notable figures including Dr Anthony Fauci, former NIAID Director; retired General Mark Milley, former Joint Chiefs Chairman; and January 6 Capitol attack investigation committee members. These pardons aimed to shield recipients from possible political prosecution by the subsequent administration.
Trump’s challenge to autopen-signed pardons stands unprecedented. Presidents have routinely used autopens for signing official documents when unable to sign personally. Whilst legal experts generally accept such signatures as valid, the specific use of autopens for presidential pardons remains legally untested.
