    Adani Wilmar, HDFC AMC among 17 companies in focus this week for dividend, AGM, rights issue, split, bonus issue


    Adani Wilmar, Bank of India, L&T Finance and HDFC Asset Management Company among a host of other companies are likely to remain in focus in the week ahead as they have corporate actions like dividend, annual general meetings, rights issue, split and bonus issue lined up.

    Here is a list of corporate actions lined up in the week:

    Dividends

    • HDFC Asset Management Company announced a dividend of Rs 70 per share, for which the record date is June 18.
    • Bank of India had announced a dividend of Rs 2.80 per share and the record and ex-date for the same is June 18.
    • Tata Investment Corporation declared a dividend of Rs 28 per share and the ex-date for the same is June 18.
    • L&T Finance announced a dividend of Rs 2.50 per share and the record date for the same is June 18.
    • Intellect Design Arena’s ex-date for the payment of Rs 3.50 per share dividend has been fixed as June 19.
    • LTIMindtree declared a dividend of Rs 45 per share and the record and ex-date for the same is June 19.
    • Sagar Cements declared a dividend of Rs 0.70 per share, the ex-date for which is June 19.
    • Tata Steel’s record date for the payment of the dividend of Rs 3.60 per share is June 21.
    • Greenlam Industries announced a dividend of Rs 1.65 per share and the record and ex-date for the same is June 21.

    Rights issue

    • Real estate developer Sobha announced a 6:47 rights issue at a premium of Rs 1,641. The record date for the same is June 19.
    • Kshitij Polyline announced a 4:5 rights issue at a premium of Rs 4.40 and the record date for the same is June18.

    Bonus issue

    • Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) announced a bonus issue of 1:1 and the record date for the same June 22.
    • Hindustan Petroleum Corporation declared a bonus issue of 1:2, the record date for the same is June 21.

    Stock split

    • Premier Explosives announced a subdivision of its shares in the ratio 1:5 from a face value of Rs 10 per share to Rs 2 per share.

    Annual General Meeting

    • Adani Wilmar will hold their annual general meeting on June 18.
    • Bank of India’s annual general meeting will take place on June 18.
    • Tata Investment Corporation will be holding it annual general meeting on June 18
    • Sagar Cements will have their annual general meeting on June 19.
    • Intellect Design Arena will hold its annual general meeting on June 19.
    • Andhra Cements will be holding its annual general meeting on June 19.
    • eMudhra will also be having an annual general meeting on June 20.
