After the Masked Singer season 14 finale, original panelist Nicole Scherzinger is making a grand return to television, with an all-new special. The Masked Singer season 14 finale aired on April 1, 2026, and crowned Ashlee Simpson (Galaxy Girl) as its winner. Phillip Phillips (Pugcasso) was the runner-up, while Kylie Cantrall (Cat Witch) placed third and Normani (Crane) placed fourth.

The Masked Singer began in 2019, and featured host Nick Cannon, along with panelists Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, and Nicole Scherzinger. However, Nicole left the show after ten seasons in 2024, and Rita Ora took her place. Nicole exited The Masked Singer because of her starring role as Norma Desmond in London’s West End revival of Sunset Boulevard, for which she won the 2024 Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical. Nicole then starred in the show on Broadway, and won the 2025 Tony Award for Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Musical.

Throughout Nicole’s time on The Masked Singer, she was a beloved panelist, who not only wowed the audience with her phenomenal performances, but also was such a fantastic detective that Nick nicknamed her Sherlock Scherzy after Sherlock Holmes. Although there don’t seem to be any plans for her to come back to The Masked Singer, Nicole is returning to television with a PBS special titled, An Evening with Nicole Scherzinger.

An Evening with Nicole Scherzinger will air as part of PBS’ Great Performances on May 22, 2026. According to PBS, the concert was recorded in October 2025 at London’s Royal Albert Hall. It was Nicole’s first time performing at the venue, and her first major UK solo show in 13 years. Nicole was accompanied by a full orchestra, and sang a mix of Broadway standards and pop hits from her days as the lead singer of The Pussycat Dolls, one of the best-selling female groups of all time.

According to Just Jared, Nicole’s setlist for the concert featured 18 songs, including “Don’t Rain on My Parade,” “I Put a Spell on You,” “Diamonds Are Forever,” “You Raise Me Up,” “Reflection,” “Losing My Mind,” “Maybe This Time,” “I Am What I Am,” “Bulls***t,” “Stickwitu,” “With One Look,” “As If We Never Said Goodbye,” “Purple Rain,” “Show Off,” “Buttons,” “When I Grow Up,” “Don’t Cha,” and “Don’t Hold Your Breath.”

What’s Next For Nicole Scherzinger

Nicole has many exciting upcoming projects in 2026. Nicole will be performing on the PCD Forever Tour, the third concert tour by the Pussycat Dolls, throughout 2026, alongside her fellow group members, Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt. The 53-show tour begins on June 5, 2026, in Palm Desert, California, and concludes on October 13, 2026, in London, England. The tour’s supporting acts are Lil’ Kim and Mýa.

Nicole also recorded the song, “Desire,” with Robbie Williams, which will be the 2026 FIFA World Cup anthem.

In addition, Nicole will star in the upcoming comedy film, Girl Group, which was directed, written, and produced by Rebel Wilson. The film stars Rebel as a pop star who was kicked out of her group’s reunion tour, and must now coach a misfit teen girl group for a major audition for community service in the hopes of making her own comeback. Girl Group also stars Jennifer Coolidge, Randall Park, Sherdian Smith, Jamie-Lee O’Donnell, Guz Khan, and Jolene Blalock.

Although there don’t appear to be any plans for Nicole to return to The Masked Singer, there are many ways for fans to enjoy her talents, including watching her television special or going to see her perform in person. Nicole is a spectacular performer with stunning vocals and sensational stage presence, and she’s truly a legend. An Evening with Nicole Scherzinger is an extraordinary concert that now everyone will be able to experience.
