As per previous reports by CNBC-TV18, private equity firm Westridge Investments had plans to divest a 9.8% stake in the company through a Rs 1,495 crore block deal,
The official details about the buyer and seller are not yet known.
According to the previous details, the floor price for the deal was set at Rs 305 per share.
Aptus Value Housing Finance India reported a 26% year-on-year rise in net profit for the March quarter, aided by strong disbursement growth and operational efficiency. Profit after tax stood at Rs 207 crore, up from Rs 164 crore in the same quarter last year.
Disbursements rose 10% YoY to Rs 1,064 crore, reflecting steady demand in its key markets. The company’s assets under management (AUM) grew 25% to Rs 10,865 crore as of March 31, 2025. It added 38 new branches during FY25, expanding its network to 300 branches.Profitability metrics remained strong, with return on assets (RoA) at 7.85% and return on equity (RoE) rising to 19.66% from 17.25% a year ago. Asset quality held firm, with gross non-performing assets (NPA) rising slightly to 1.19% from 1.07% in Q4FY24. Net credit costs, including ECL provisions, were unchanged at 0.29%. The company maintained its conservative credit cost guidance of 40–45 basis points for the year ahead.
Aptus Value Housing share price target
According to Trendlyne, the average target price for Aptus Value Housing is Rs 388, implying a potential upside of nearly 15% from current levels. Of the 14 analysts tracking the stock, the consensus rating is ‘Buy’.

The stock is up 16% year-to-date and has gained 24% over the past two years. Aptus Value Housing currently has a market capitalisation of Rs 16,931 crore.
