Products can be returned but they must be in the original packaging and arrive back to BBQGuys in an unused and resalable condition. Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to a return.

Absolutely. Gift cards are available beginning at $50 and going right up to $500. They can be used to purchase any BBQGuys products, including premium BBQ and outdoor kitchen equipment to stylish patio furniture, firepits and accessories. BBQGuys offer a buy now, pay over time scheme with financing as low as 0% APR. Through the company’s website, it is possible to apply for your rate in no time at all without the check impacting your credit score. This flexibility lets customers pay for their purchases in a way that suits them.
Do BBQGuys offer a design service?
They do and it’s 100% free. The design service helps customers plan and design their perfect outdoor kitchen. This service would ordinarily cost $500.
