When it comes to nations to watch, there is one that is expected to dominate. Four years ago, German athletes won three out of four possible gold medals. They also swept the men’s two-man podium. Germany’s Laura Nolte is also expected to add to her medal haul and will be going for gold in both the monobob and two-woman, with her main competition in the solo event likely to come from teammate Lisa Buckwit and Team USA’s Kaysha Love.
