What kind of delivery options does Box offer?
Box offers a selection of different delivery options: You can claim free standard delivery with all purchases with a minimum order of £100, while purchases that are below the minimum spend qualify for standard delivery from £3.99. Express delivery for purchases under and over £100 is available from £4.99.
How quickly does Box ship my order?
Box aims to deliver within 2 to 3 days for standard delivery purchases and 3 to 4 days for TVs, whereas for express delivery 1 day delivery for purchases and 2 to 3 days delivery are expected for TVs. Box will send you an email notification with relevant delivery details. Or, if you have an account with Box, you can get updates by logging on to the website and viewing your order details by clicking on the “account” icon on the top right.
How do I contact Box?
Box has two options for customers looking to contact their customer service team. Box can be contacted via email at cs@box.co.uk which aims to respond to queries within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holiday periods. Box also has a live chat function available on their website, available from 9 AM to 6 PM with similar availability on weekdays.
What is Box’s return policy?
Any purchases you make that you aren’t happy with can email Box at cs@box.co.uk to be given a reference number and return address to be given a full refund. Returns must be made within 30 days after the original purchase date with a signed and insured delivery receipt, along with its packaging and in original condition, or will otherwise incur a restocking fee.
What kind of guarantee do I get with Box?
Box has a number of policies that affect your guarantee with your purchases. Most products bought from Box come with a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated on the products page. Box also allows returns for dead-on-arrival (DOA) products within 30 days of delivery, but are also subject to a restocking fee. Products that are delivered but are not as described as purchased can be returned and replaced free of charge within 30 days of purchase.

How to use Box discount codes
1) Select the Box discount code at the top of the page that is most relevant to your purchase.
2) Click the “Get code” box and copy the code revealed in the pop-up box.
3) Go to the Box.co.uk website and find the product you wish to apply the code to.
4) Add the product to your basket and navigate to the “Your shopping basket page” by clicking the shopping cart button at the top right corner.
5) Paste the code into the “Enter Voucher Code” box to the right of your corner, and click “Apply”.
