Warburg Pincus, through its affiliate Highdell Investment, and Macritchie Investments Pte, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore-based
Temasek Holdings, sold a portion of their
stakes in
CarTrade Tech, in a bulk deal worth 505.12 crore on the BSE on Monday. Highdell sold over 40.65 lakh
shares at 828.58 apiece, and Macritchie sold about 20.32 lakh shares at 828 per share. Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio, Societe Generale and US-based Verition Multi-Strategy Master Fund were the top buyers at 828 per share. Shares of CarTrade Tech ended 2.33% lower at 836.95 on Monday.
