Does Castlery offer free shipping?
Yes, but only if the order meets certain criteria. Castlery offers free shipping on orders over $999 but only to select major cities across the USA. These cities include: New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Seattle, WA. San Francisco, CA, San Jose, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Riverside, CA, San Diego, CA, Las Vegas, NV, Boston, MA, Baltimore, MD, Washington D.C., Atlanta, GA, Miami, FL, Tampa, FL, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, Austin, TX, and Portland, OR. Castlery does, however, offer free shipping to all cities (excluding remote areas) for bedding-only orders. Standard shipping charges range from $19 to $149 depending on the size and weight of the order.
Where is the furniture made?
All Castlery products are designed and manufactured in-house at their China and South East Asia factories. Keeping this in-house helps to ensure that the customer will receive the best price possible to make luxury furniture more accessible to all people.
Does Castlery have sales?
They do. Castlery hold many sales throughout the year including an Anniversary sale. You can find a whole range of amazing offers, seeing furniture discounts going for as high as 35% off. They regularly have sales on all types of furniture, from tables and chairs to outdoor furniture. Through every purchase you make at Castlery, you will be rewarded with credits and these credits will equate to a specific dollar amount. For example: 50 credits is $50, 100 credits is $100, 200 credits is $200, and so on. There is a minimum amount to spend on orders to be able to use these credits. For example, to use 50 credits you need to spend a minimum of $1000 on an order, and to spend 200 credits you need to spend a minimum of $2000 on an order. There are free ways to earn credits as well, such as: creating an account (25 credits), signing up for the mailing list (25 credits), completing your profile (20 credits), following Castlery on Instagram (10 credits), leaving a product review (50 credits) and referring a friend (100 credits).g
Shop the clearance sale. If nothing in the sale is grabbing your attention, fret not. Castlery also has a clearance page found when you hover over the “sales” tab. You’ll find deals not seen in the sale and discounts of up to 25% off furniture.
