Total income slipped to Rs 267.37 crore from Rs 255.77 crore in the same period last year, while total expenses rose to Rs 129.40 crore from Rs 100.9 crore.
EBITDA in the three-month reporting period came in at Rs 109 crore, down 26.1% from Rs 148 crore in Q4 of FY2025. The margin stood at 48.7% in the March 2025 quarter.

Revenue from depository services stood at Rs 181.53 crore in Q4FY25, slightly down from Rs 185.08 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from data entry and storage dropped sharply to Rs 42.51 crore from Rs 55.14 crore. However, revenue from repository services rose marginally to Rs 69.47 lakh from Rs 67.06 lakh.
