Does Chillblast offer free shipping?
All orders come with standard weekday delivery free of charge. Orders are shipped with DPD, and can be tracked through the link provided with your email confirmation. You can also opt for pre-12pm delivery for a £14.99 fee, or Saturday or Sunday delivery free of charge.
Can I build my own Chillblast PC?
Yes, Chillblast offers customers a custom PC building service which lets you choose your components including your case, CPU, GPU, RAM and more. Once you’ve created your custom build online, their team will build and test the device to ensure it delivers the performance you’re after, and then ship it to you. All custom-built PCs are covered by 5-year warranties, and you can choose from a number of templates to help you build PCs for specific needs such as gaming, creating or for the office.
What is the Chillblast return policy?
Customers who aren’t 100% happy with their purchases can send their items back to the brand within 14 days of their purchase. Items will need to be received in as-new condition and suitable for resale to be eligible for refund. Notify the customer service team that you want to initiate a return, then choose either to pay for their £20 returns shipping or to organise your own postage. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of Chillblast receiving your item.
How do I contact Chillblast?
You can get in touch with the Chillblast customer service team in a number of ways. First, you can call the support line on 0330 390 4163. The line is open Monday to Friday between 9.30am – 5.30pm. You can also email the team at support@chillblast.com, or you can use the support live chat feature by clicking the chat feature in the right hand corner of the site.

Watch for Chillblast deals: Chillblast run a number of deals on their PCs, added and updating their offers regularly. We’ve seen as much as £100 off selected models, with the most impressive deals usually popping up around the likes of Christmas and Black Friday.
Buy certified refurbished: If you aren’t dying for brand new tech, take a look at Chillblast’s certified range. All devices here are second-hand or returned models that have been rigorously inspected, tested and restored to like-new condition, with new parts wherever necessary. How to use Chillblast discount codes
1) Choose one of the Chillblast discount codes available at the top of this page.
2) Once you’ve picked a code, click “Get Code” next to it to reveal it in a new tab.
3) Copy this code to your clipboard for later – you’ll need it at the checkout.
4) Go back to your tab, which will now take you to the Chillblast website.
5) Start shopping for the products you’re after, adding them to your basket as you go.
6) When you’ve got everything you need, click on your basket to head back to the checkout.
