HONG KONG (Reuters) – Chinese Commerce Minister Wang Wentao said in Brussels on Wednesday that China will continue to negotiate “until the last minute” on the European Union’s electric vehicle probe and that the investigation has undermined the confidence of Chinese companies investing in Europe.
