Results from the study revealed that while 88% of employees felt Copilot for M365 aligned with corporate values, only 65% believed it adequately addressed accountability. Starting with small, well-defined AI applications allows companies to create a controlled environment where employees can explore the technology at their own pace, building comfort and reducing resistance.
