While most people aren’t even thinking about Black Friday, as a deals editor, it’s already on my mind as I hunt for daily bargains. Case in point: I just spotted LG’s all-new 48-inch C4 OLED TV on sale at Amazon for $1,149.99 (originally $1,999.99).
That’s a whopping $550 discount and a new record-low price. It’s such a good deal on a 2024 OLED display that I can’t guarantee you’ll find a better price during Black Friday.
The LG C4 is a successor to last year’s LG C3 OLED, which TechRadar highly praised and is ranked in our best TV guide. Upgrades to the LG C4 include an improved picture experience with boosted brightness, a 144hz refresh rate, and LG’s latest Alpha 9 AI chip. You also get excellent gaming features, including four HDMI 2.1 ports with 4K 120Hz compatibility, VRR and ALLM support, and 144Hz certification from Nvidia.
Don’t wait for Black Friday: LG’s C4 OLED TV
As I mentioned, this is the lowest price I’ve seen on this specific model and $50 cheaper than Amazon‘s July Prime Day sale. While Amazon might wait until November’s Black Friday deals event to drop LG’s C4 to $1,099.99, I expect the TV will quickly sell out at that price.
