‘Enola Holmes 3’ Opens To 20.3M Views; ‘I Will Find You’ Still Rising

One of Netflix‘s highest profile original movie franchises, Enola Holmes starring Millie Bobby Brown, returned for a third installment last week, drawing 20.3 million views in its first five days on the service, which included the Fourth of July holiday.

That is an OK but not impressive start given the popularity of the IP and the film’s star as well as the long holiday weekend. The second Enola Holmes installment amassed 64M hours viewed over its first five days of release in early November 2022, which translates to about 29.8M views. That is a 32% drop. (Netflix did not report viewership when the original Enola Holmes movie debuted in 2020.)

Enola Holmes 3‘s opening also was below the recent Netflix film launch of Voicemails for Isabelle (31M in its premiere weekend) and on par with Office Romance (20.9M).

On the TV side, the first American Harlan Coben Netflix series, I Will Find You starring Sam Worthington, continues to excel, adding 16M more views in its third week to get its total to 74.1M views in only 18 days while remaining at No.1. That gives the show a good chance to crack the streamer’s Top 10 Most Popular English Series list which once featured another Harlan Coben adaptation, Fool Me Once.

I Will Find You has 73 days to catch up to His & Hers‘ 98.2M views over the 91-day initial window Netflix uses as standard for its all-time lists.

Elsewhere, Sullivan’s Crossing is back in the Top 10 with the release of Season 4. The new season ranked at #6 on the English series chart globally for its opening week with 3M views despite only being available in the US where the latest installment already had aired on the CW.
