Exxon lays off 59 workers, starts job cuts after Pioneer acquisition close By Reuters

HOUSTON (Reuters) – Exxon Mobil Corp (NYSE:) is laying off 59 employees, including 10 in the Permian Basin and 39 in Dallas, according to a filing with the Texas Workforce Commision.

The layoffs include workers from Pioneer Natural Resources (NYSE:)’ former headquarters in Las Colinas, according to the filing.
