The love-child of World’s Strongest Man and Squid Game, Titans is Russia’s answer to South Korean phenomenon Physical: 100 and Japanese mega-hit Final Draft. The Russian TV show pushes athletes and fitness influencers to their limits – and you can watch Titans online for free right now…

There are three complete seasons at the time of writing, comprising 12, 16 and 14 episodes respectively. The fourth season, a battle of the best contestants from seasons one, two and three, is currently ongoing.

The only catch is that every episode is currently only available in Russian, with no subtitles. If you don’t speak the language, you might be best off skipping through the announcements and interview segments. Every episode is at least 90 minutes long, and some top even 150 minutes.
