Mumbai: Bangalore-based Indo-MIM has announced the price band of its ₹3,812 crore-Initial Public Offering (IPO) at ₹461-485 per share. The issue will open for subscription on July 23 and close on July 27.
The offer consists of a fresh issue of shares of ₹500 crore and an offer for sale of 6.8 crore shares.
