How much does Lyca Mobile cost?
How much you’ll pay per month will depend on the plan you choose, but Lyca offers plans starting from just £2.50 per month for the first month, rising to £5 per month from your second month. The higher your data allowance, the more you’ll pay, so consider how much you really need to get the lowest monthly cost.
Does Lyca Mobile cover my area?
By piggybacking off EE’s network, Lyca Mobile offers coverage of 87% of the UK, bringing 4G coverage to 99% and 5G to 73% of the population. Is there a Lyca Mobile app?
Yes, customers can download the Lyca Mobile app for free through the Google Play and Apple app stores. The app can be used to manage your account & plan, letting you purchase new plans or top-up existing ones, check your current balance, and see your usage history.
Does Lyca Mobile offer roaming data?
As standard, each UK plan includes EU roaming data, saving you on additional charges when you travel abroad to European countries. For other countries, customers will need to purchase roaming data allowances through Lyca Mobile’s roaming page or through its app to avoid additional charges. Costs will vary depending on the country you’re travelling to.
Can I bring my old number over to Lyca Mobile?
Absolutely! Lyca lets you transfer old numbers completely free – just order a free SIM card to get started, activate it when it arrives, and then provide a PAC code from your existing network through the Keep Your Number form on the Lyca Mobile website.
You can request a PAC code from your current network by texting or calling your network. Once you’ve provided your code and submitted your request, your SIM swap should be complete within 2 working days.
