Mike Colter and Finn Jones Spotted on ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Set

Mike Colter and Finn Jones have been spotted on the set of “Daredevil: Born Again” Season 3 alongside “Jessica Jones” star Krysten Ritter. The trio appears to be gearing up for a “Defenders” cast reunion in the upcoming “Daredevil” season.

Colter, Jones and Ritter each got their own MCU streaming series in the mid-late 2010s. Ritter’s show came first with the release of “Jessica Jones” in 2015. Colter got his series, “Luke Cage,” in 2016. Jones then got his show “Iron Fist” in 2017. “Jessica Jones” ran the longest with three seasons, while “Luke Cage” and “Iron Fist” both got two. All three series were originally released on Netflix, but are now housed on Disney+.

Marvel teamed up Charlie Cox’s Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist for the 2017 mini series “The Defenders,” which was also released on Netflix before moving to Disney+. The show saw the heroes combine their powers to fight off the mysterious mercenary cult known as The Hand.

“Daredevil” originally premiered in 2015 and ran for three seasons on Netflix until 2018. Disney then revived the blind, crime-fighting lawyer for “Daredevil: Born Again.” Season 1 hit Disney+ in March 2025. Season 2 is currently streaming, with new episodes debuting every Tuesday.

Although “Daredevil: Born Again” appears to be setting up a major TV team-up, showrunner Dario Scardapane told SFX Magazine that he doesn’t expect any crossovers with Marvel’s film heroes.

“The joke we make is, ‘Oh, those guys are uptown – we’re downtown!’ We kind of have a pocket that’s in this world of Hell’s Kitchen, in this world of New York,” Scardapane said. “I always think that maybe these characters take little vacations into the larger world, but the story that we’re focusing on is really granular.
