My favorite Asus gaming laptop is almost up to 30% off in Black Friday deals – just in time to beat the RAM price crisis

It doesn’t stop there, though: for UK folks, the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 RTX 5060 gaming laptop is available for £1,749.99 (was £1,899.99) on the Asus storefront, with a huge £150 discount.

If that’s not enough, though, the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 RTX 5070 gaming laptop is available for £1,999.99 at John Lewis (was £2,299), saving you £299.01.

To put it simply, the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 (2025) is easily my favorite gaming laptop, specifically the RTX 5070 Ti model I tested. It’s a laptop that impressed me not only with its high level of performance in games and productivity, but also with how well it adheres to portability, and a display that could easily see this replace a desktop setup.

While the model I tested is more powerful than these RTX 5060 and RTX 5070 models on sale for Black Friday, expect great performance from all of them when you make reasonable adjustments to graphics settings and use DLSS 4.

The RTX 5070 Ti model gave me an average of 66fps in Cyberpunk 2077 at 1200p, with the ray tracing ultra graphics preset and DLSS 4 balanced enabled – and this should give you a strong indication of what to expect moving down to an RTX 5070 or RTX 5060.
