How do I register my warranty?
Renogy offers an online service for registering warranties. Simply go to the Renogy website and scroll down to the ‘Support’ section of the footer. Click ‘Warranty Registration’ and follow the steps. If you’re having problems registering, make sure the order number is entered correctly before getting in touch with Renogy. Your warranty document would have been included either in the package you received or on the product page on the Renogy website.
Can I return Renogy products?
Customers have 30 days from the point of delivery to return a product. If an item was purchased on the Renogy website, customers can initiate the return process online. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase. If you decide you want to cancel an order before the product has shipped, then you can also do that by getting in touch with the Renogy support team.
How do I contact Renogy?
Renogy is on hand if you’re having problems with a coupon code or if you have questions about a product. Customers can call Renogy at 1(909)2877111 with opening hours running between PST 8:30AM and 5:00PM. If you’d prefer to write to Renogy, then you can submit a case through the Renogy website.
How do I correctly size my solar system?
Renogy provide all the help that customers need to accurately size their solar system. This help is provided in the form of a range of pdfs which contain advice and answers to questions that you might have. These are located in the ‘Downloads’ section of the website. If you still need help, then you can always get in touch with the Renogy support team.
